At Alrevo Production, we value your time and investment. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency and mutual respect in all our bookings and service commitments.
All service bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm the date and team.
This amount blocks your event date and begins our pre-shoot planning.
7 Days Before Event:
If you cancel 7 or more days prior to your scheduled event, 50% of your advance will be refunded.
3–6 Days Before Event:
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the event are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once without penalty.
Less Than 3 Days Before Event:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Refunds are issued under the following situations:
Full Refund:
If Alrevo Production cancels the booking due to unavoidable reasons.
If technical or equipment failure prevents the completion of your event coverage.
If only part of the service is delivered due to time or location constraints.
In case of mutual agreement due to unsatisfactory service.
You may reschedule your booking once without extra charges if done at least 5 days in advance.
Last-minute changes may not be accommodated due to prior commitments.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Refunds will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp communication.
