Welcome to Alrevo Production. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.

Event details must be shared at least 5 days in advance.

Dates are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

50% advance is required to confirm any project.

Full payment must be made before the final delivery of content.

Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash.

Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance.

Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

In case of technical failure or inability from our end, a full refund will be issued.

Raw photos/videos: Within 48 hours

Edited content: Within 5–7 business days, depending on project size

Delivery via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or direct link

Clients have full rights to use the delivered photos/videos for personal, social media, and business purposes.

Alrevo Production reserves the right to use selected content for promotional use unless explicitly denied in writing.

Provide clear instructions and access to the venue.

Ensure cooperation of team/staff during shoot.

Inform us of any sensitive areas or privacy restrictions in advance.

All raw files remain the property of Alrevo Production, unless otherwise agreed.

Final edited content is shared for client use under a non-transferable license.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, venue issues, or client-side miscommunication.

In case of unforeseen circumstances (like equipment failure), we will provide alternate solutions or refund.

Alrevo Production reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon being posted on our website.
